SunPork Group is seeking an experienced Group Payroll & Compliance Manager to lead payroll governance and delivery across a diverse, multi-site workforce. You will act as the subject matter expert for awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work compliance while driving continuous improvement.
You will lead a payroll team, partner with Finance, HR and operations, and guide complex payroll arrangements to ensure accurate, compliant processing and reporting.
