Manteena is seeking a Cadet Safety Advisor to join our ACT and Australia projects in January 2027. You’ll learn hands-on on live sites under senior mentors, building the knowledge and practical skills needed to progress into a Safety Advisor role.

We value people-focused safety, strong teamwork and long-term growth opportunities. This role offers mentorship, study support and pathways to formal WHS qualifications within a respected construction group.
