CSL Seqirus is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive performance improvement and support the CSL Operating System across our Tullamarine manufacturing site, with targeted support to Woodend. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen performance visibility, and embed continuous improvement into daily operations.

You will lead and coach deployment of the CSL Operating System, develop roadmaps, and facilitate transformation
