ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Kin Connector & Family Support Specialist to coordinate kin placement pathways for children in care, with a focus on protected reunification and culturally respectful practice.

You will engage with extended families, assess needs, develop Transition Plans, and provide wrap-around case managed services under supervision, contributing to stronger family connections and community wellbeing.
