BlueCare is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join the Community Sales team in Caboolture. This permanent full time role handles inbound and outbound contact, acting as a subject-matter expert to support customers after funding is secured.
You will manage a diverse caseload, ensure appropriate enquiries are directed to the Customer Admission Specialists, and deliver outstanding service across shifts 8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.
