Club Whitsunday in the Whitsunday region of Queensland seeks a Chef de Partie to run a kitchen section and consistently deliver high-quality meals and perfectly grilled meats for the Bistro, functions and events. Working under the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will maintain food safety standards, ensure mise en place and portion control, and support training of apprentices and junior kitchen staff.
This hands-on role requires excellent organisation and the ability to perform in busy service
