Formalux is seeking an experienced and motivated UPVC Window Fabrication Supervisor to join our team based in Neerabup, Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in UPVC window and door manufacturing who can lead a production team, maintain high-quality standards and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our fabrication workshop.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in their work, has excellent organisational skills and understands the importance of productivity, quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily UPVC window and door fabrication operations.
- Lead, motivate and support the fabrication team to achieve production targets.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to required specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, production schedules and job priorities to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the correct use of machinery, tools and fabrication equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and minimise material wastage.




- Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
- Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

About You

- Previous experience in UPVC window and door fabrication.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UPVC fabrication processes, machinery and equipment.
- The ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- A hands‑on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- A strong focus on quality, safety and meeting production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What We Offer

Market-competitive salary of $80,000 – $100,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
