UNSW is seeking a Manager, Asset Data Analytics & Systems within Facilities Management to lead data governance and asset analytics for the university’s property portfolio. You will drive lifecycle modelling, asset condition assessments and portfolio forecasting to inform long-term capital investment and planning.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and proven experience with CMMS, data analysis, and visualization tools.
