Busways is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the Willoughby depot workshop, overseeing daily operations and a team of technicians. You will coordinate rosters, plan maintenance, supervise staff and apprentices, and ensure WHS compliance while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
You will work with advanced vehicle technologies, including BEB considerations, and support licensing upgrades with company resources.
