U Matter invites a friendly and reliable female Disability Support Worker to assist a woman in Hervey Bay with daily activities at home and in the community. You will build trust, respect boundaries, and support independence while documenting shifts and communicating with the local team.
The role requires a current driver’s licence, appropriate vehicle, and willingness to obtain screening clearances, First Aid/ CPR, and to learn the rostering app. Training and supervision are provided.
