Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager looking to step into Facility Management within a smaller residential aged care facility in regional NSW/VIC. You will lead clinical and operational teams, work with RN staff, and develop budgets, occupancy and workforce planning while ensuring quality care.

This role offers hands-on leadership, mentorship from an experienced team, and a explicit path to becoming Facility Manager, with base salary up to 145,000 AUD, free accommodation
