Westmead Medical Centre in Sydney’s NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a full time basis. The role focuses on patient assessment, care coordination with general practitioners, and delivery of safe, patient-centred healthcare.
The successful candidate will provide nursing care, administer vaccines, manage wounds, support chronic disease management and preventive healthcare, while maintaining confidential records and promoting infection control.
