Australian Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts – Canberra ACT

Organised within the Corporate and Territories Group, the Information Technology and Data Division’s purpose is to connect people and technology, empowering the department to excel. The division is responsible for the provision and support of reliable and secure ICT systems, applications and services across the department, supporting staff across Australia, ministerial offices and portfolio entities. The division delivers the digital tools, services and infrastructure required to support departmental operations, collaboration and service delivery.

The Web Services Section is responsible for the management, governance and delivery of the department's web services, content management and digital publishing capability. It is not primarily responsible for creating website content or communications products.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and improve the department's web services and content management capability, support digital governance outcomes, and deliver services that support both departmental operations and the Australian public.
