CMC Markets in Sydney is seeking a energetic Client Services Team Leader to guide a team of up to 15 Customer Service Representatives within our Stockbroking division. You will coach staff, monitor performance and drive compliant, qualified client interactions across phone, email and live chat.

You’ll build capability, identify process improvements and partner with Workforce Planning to sustain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional client experiences every day.
