IT & Digital Business Partner

We’re looking for an IT & Digital Business Partner to join our Pacific team and act as the bridge between our business and technology teams.

The chance

This is a role for someone who can speak both business and technology.

You’ll partner with senior business leaders to understand their priorities, translate business needs into technology requirements, and work closely with Schneider Digital teams to deliver the right solutions.

You’ll bring a solid technical understanding across applications, systems, infrastructure and networks, together with strong stakeholder management, commercial thinking and project delivery capability.

What will you be doing?

- Act as a trusted technology partner to business leaders across the Pacific.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into practical IT and digital solutions.
- Partner with teams across Application Support, Systems Administration, Network/Infrastructure and IT Services.
- Manage IT demand, capacity, resource planning, budgets and project priorities.
- Lead technology projects from business assessment, functional requirement analysis and scoping through to delivery.
- Manage system testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, Go Live and Hypercare.
- Work across Application Development Lifecycle, Infrastructure Management, IT Security & Risk Management and Service Management.
- Collaborate with local, regional and global Schneider Digital teams, external suppliers and vendors.
- Provide clear project reporting, manage risks and issues, and support change management and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency and the value delivered through technology.





What will help you succeed?

- 5+ years’ experience in IT management, digital transformation, technology delivery or Business Relationship Management.
- A technical background or strong working knowledge across Application Support, Systems Administration and Network/Infrastructure.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience across Project Management, Demand Management, Capacity Management and Resource Planning.
- Understanding of IT Security & Risk Management, Service Management, System Testing, Infrastructure Management and the Application Development Lifecycle.
- Experience leading technology projects through UAT, data migration, cutover, Go Live and Hypercare.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management and presentation skills.
- Experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Customer Care environments would be highly regarded.

Nice to have

- SAP experience, particularly exposure to SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Experience working within a large, global technology environment.
- Vendor and outsourcing management experience.
