We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our Out of Home Field sales team.

You will service a varied group of customers– General Stores, IGAs, Entertainment venues, Aquatic Centres, Kiosks, Petrol & Convenience stores and more.

This is an in field on the road role with a Tool of the Trade vehicle.

Your sales territory includes the whole of Tasmania where we have three branches with our Distributor partner in Hobart, Launceston and Devonport.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Negotiating directly with key business decision makers – (a strong degree of commercial acumen is essential to your success)

Drive compliance and distribution within your customer base, including working collaboratively with our distributor partners and sales reps.

Increasing brand share within your customer base

Explore,



pursue and activate new business within your territories

Managing business assets and customer data

Occasional overnight travel to facilitate customer visits

Desired Skills and Experience

Sales experience, i.e. FMCG, retail or field sales

Excellent relationship building skills

Safe driver history

Self-motivated & able to work autonomously

A tertiary qualification will be viewed favourably
