SA Health Mount Barker Hospital seeks a part-time clinical pharmacist to deliver professional and clinical services, supporting secure medication management for inpatients and outpatients. You will work with medical, nursing and multidisciplinary teams to optimise therapy, across on-site and remote services.

This 0.6 FTE position offers pro rata salary from A$94,997 to A$110,052 per year, plus superannuation and salary packaging, with regional MMM3 incentives where applicable.
