NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Community Dietitian to join the Tayside teams in Perthshire. You will deliver community-based nutritional care with emphasis on nutrition support, including home enteral feeding, across GP practices, community hospitals, patients’ homes and care homes.
You will collaborate with health colleagues to improve pathways and educate staff. The role may include occasional ward cover at Perth Royal Infirmary and supervision of Dietetic Support Workers or a Band 5
