O'Brien in Fyshwick, Canberra, seeks a Customer Experience Expert for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering warm, professional service and driving sales of vehicle accessories.
Expect full time hours with 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm shifts and possible Saturdays with overtime. You’ll handle face-to-face interactions, manage phone and email enquiries, and support daily operations while educating customers on our services.
