The Role You Could Play: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Education team and be part of building high performing store teams across our store network. As Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility is to work at pace, both collaboratively and independently to drive the end-to-end recruitment of roles within your portfolio. You will also play a vital role in delivering initiatives that will attract and highlight specialist and hard-to-fill roles. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Retail/FMCG preferred)
- Demonstrated experience across both high volume and high-touch recruitment
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Robust customer orientation and service mentality
- Solid organisational and planning skills
- An agile and nimble working style and can work in a fast-paced environment
