Gardener / Grounds Maintenance – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Gardener to join our friendly grounds maintenance team at Parkridge Noosa, a premium residential estate in beautiful Noosa Heads.

This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's extensive landscaped gardens, lawns and common areas to a consistently high standard. The position offers plenty of variety, with a combination of gardening, grounds maintenance and general property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

- General gardening and grounds maintenance across the estate.
- Ride-on and push mowing, brush cutting, hedging, pruning, mulching and planting.
- Weed control, spraying and garden bed maintenance.
- Maintaining lawns, landscaped areas and irrigation systems.
- Operating and maintaining gardening machinery and equipment.
- Assisting with pool cleaning and maintenance.
- General handyman duties and minor property repairs.
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining common areas, pathways, bin areas and basements.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the estate is maintained to a high standard.

About You





We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable and takes genuine pride in the presentation of their work.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Experience operating ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and other gardening equipment.
- Good knowledge of garden maintenance practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A willingness to assist with general property maintenance tasks as required.

Experience maintaining large residential estates, resorts or similar properties will be highly regarded.
