Coombes Property Group in Sydney is seeking a capable Building Maintenance Technician to join our property team. The role involves hands-on maintenance and repairs across our portfolio, with a focus on delivering responsive service to tenants and maintaining high building standards.
You will work a four-day week with five consecutive days off every three weeks, and a rotating roster including Saturdays. Opportunities exist to supervise external trades and earn additional income.
