Want a Monday to Friday day shift with a company that wants to keep you? We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to join a leading labels and packaging company in Erskine Park. This is an ongoing role with the aim to go permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Processing orders, dispatch paperwork and deliveries in the system
- Booking in and checking incoming goods and paperwork
- Keeping stock records and inventory accurate




- Answering phone and email enquiries from customers, carriers and internal teams
- Coordinating with the warehouse team and freight carriers to keep orders moving
- Preparing documents, labels and reports
- Resolving stock and order discrepancies
- Supporting a secure, clean and organised warehouse office

What We're After:

- Previous warehouse administration, dispatch or inventory experience
- Confident with data entry and computer systems (ERP/WMS experience a bonus)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication, written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual and able to juggle priorities
- A good attitude and a team player
