BeWell Brands, home to Jetts Fitness and O-Studio, seeks a Leasing Manager to own end-to-end commercial negotiations for recent sites, from initial identification through to term sheets and lease execution. This role is pivotal in growing our franchise network with strategic leasing outcomes.
You’ll lead landlords negotiations, draft OTIs and HOAs, structure deals with incentives and landlord works, and collaborate with external partners to turn HOAs into binding documents.
