Our high-volume, multi-franchise Hillcrest dealership, home to Hyundai, Suzuki, GWM, Haval, MG and Holden Service, is now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department on a full-time basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, this role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive performance across a busy, multi-brand operation.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a high-performing Parts team

Managing inventory control, stocktakes and supplier relationships

Achieving and exceeding internal budgets, manufacturer targets and KPIs

Driving profitability through effective purchasing, pricing and processes

Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers





Representing the Westpoint Autos brand professionally within the community

To be successful, you will bring:

Minimum 2 years’ management experience within a parts department

Experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment (highly regarded)

Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems

Proven ability to deliver results against financial and manufacturer KPIs

Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills

Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset

Sound understanding of up-to-date automotive parts, technology and design
