The Armidale Hotel, part of Feros Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and represent our food offering in the community. You will manage a 20+ staff kitchen, develop menus with local produce, and drive excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced pub setting.
