Randstad Australia is seeking an empathetic Retailer & Shopper Support Specialist to drive the national rollout of our rewards programme. You’ll be the bridge between independent store owners, POS vendors, shoppers and internal teams, guiding retailers through onboarding and nurturing long-term partnerships.
In this cooperative role you’ll provide onboarding training, support store staff, resolve feedback, keep CRM records up to date, and share progress with leadership.
