Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Practitioner to join our Youth Engagement Team in Belconnen, ACT. The role focuses on working with vulnerable young people aged 10-25, providing outreach, casework, and supportive programs to help them build confidence and connections.
You will engage with schools and community partners, deliver youth programs and drop-in activities, and maintain accurate records to support service outcomes.
