Project Manager – High-Rise | Gold Coast About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential projects on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role working with a strong delivery team on multi-stage high-rise builds. You will take ownership of projects from early stages through to practical completion, managing program, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of high-rise residential projects (multi-storey apartments / hotels / BTR) Lead the site and project team (Site Managers, Foremen, Engineers and subcontractors) Oversee program, budget, quality and safety performance Manage client and consultant relationships Ensure projects are delivered on time,
