Busy Bees Tingalpa is seeking an Assistant Centre Director (2IC) for our 75-place centre in Brisbane. You will work alongside an experienced Centre Director to support occupancy growth, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality early learning experiences.
You will be on the floor, support educators, build robust family partnerships and contribute to curriculum planning, continuous improvement and governance. A pathway to Centre Director will be available as you develop leadership capabilities.
