Newmont Australia is seeking a Principal UG (Shaft, Hoist) to provide enterprise-wide technical leadership for underground shaft and hoist systems across our Australian operations. You will apply specialist engineering expertise to maintain integrity and optimize equipment and infrastructure.
You will develop standards, oversee inspection and maintenance strategies, and support long-term asset strategies and capital prioritisation.
