The Fresh Collective, a respected hospitality group, seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to join the team at the Art Gallery of NSW. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help lead a busy kitchen through high standards of food production and presentation.

This full time role offers a 38-hour week with a Monday to Sunday roster and daytime shifts, with Thursday occasional. There is scope for career development within the group.
