Guided by Catholic values of love, joy, hospitality and excellence, we deliver person-centred care across residential aged care, retirement living and in-home support services.

Join a dedicated team that truly makes a difference. Our Home Care service focuses on building strong, meaningful relationships with clients, empowering them to remain independent at home and stay connected to the activities and communities they love.

About the role

We are excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Clinical Team Lead to our Home Care team on a full-time basis.

This balance of leadership and clinical practice ensures you remain closely connected to client outcomes and frontline care delivery.

About you

You are a passionate leader with a strong commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice. You have a collaborative and supportive working style, with the ability to solve problems and influence positive change.

In addition, you will need:

Significant clinical experience, with experience in aged care, community health, or rehabilitation (experience across both residential and home care settings will be highly regarded)

Experience providing leadership or supervision to nursing or care teams

A valid driver’s licence

A National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, with experience in change management or quality improvement projects considered beneficial
