SCHNAP Electric Products is an established and growing Australian electrical wholesaler supplying electricians, contractors, businesses and customers across Australia.

We're looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused team member to join our Kingsgrove branch.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, order processing and assistance with warehouse dispatch when required.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Serve trade and retail customers at our sales counter.
- Answer telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, process sales and follow up with customers.
- Build relationships with electricians and encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing and availability.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through excellent service.

Order Processing & Dispatch Assistance

- Assist with picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
- Help coordinate customer collections and deliveries.




- Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with receiving and organising stock when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in sales, customer service or a trade counter environment.
- Friendly, confident and skilled communication skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Willingness to assist other team members, including dispatch, when needed.
- Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and shows initiative.

Electrical industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Working Arrangements

SCHNAP operates seven days a week. Rosters may include early starts and weekend shifts, with days off arranged according to the roster and applicable employment conditions.
