The Opportunity

Accurate Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Machine Operators with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Geebung.

This is a outstanding opportunity to secure stable, ongoing Monday to Friday work with attractive hourly rates, regular overtime and full training provided.

Your Responsibilities

Operating manufacturing machinery (full training provided)

Safely operating forklifts to move products and materials

Loading, unloading and transferring materials

Labelling, stacking and storing finished products

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Current and valid LF Forklift Licence – essential

Previous machine operating or production experience

Manufacturing,



recycling or industrial experience highly regarded

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Full availability across day, afternoon and night shifts

What's In It For You?

$36.00 per hour day shift

$41.40 per hour afternoon and night shifts

Consistent Monday to Friday work

Full training provided

Immediate starts for suitable candidates

You MUST be available to work ALL three shifts: Day, Afternoon and Night.

This position operates on a rotating roster, with shifts changing every two weeks. Applicants must be comfortable and fully available to rotate between all three shifts.

If you are only available for day shift, afternoon shift or night shift, unfortunately this position will not be suitable.
