We're looking for an experienced high-ticket closer who knows how to turn a great conversation into a confident decision.

Career Confidence Co is a rapidly growing Australian career coaching business helping ambitious professional women take control of their careers and land opportunities they're genuinely excited about.Since launching in January 2025, we've built a thriving coaching business, a strong inbound lead pipeline and a team that's growing alongside us.

And we're only getting started.

With ambitious plans for 2027, we're looking for another exceptional closer to join our sales team and grow with us.

The Opportunity

Forget cold calling, endless prospecting or chasing people who aren't interested.

You'll be speaking with warm, inbound prospects who have already discovered Career Confidence Co and booked a strategy call because they're ready to make a change.

Our clients are typically senior professional women earning $100k–$300k+, navigating redundancy, career transitions or their next big move.

They're smart, accomplished and ambiguous.

They don't need a pushy sales pitch. They need someone who can understand their situation, challenge their thinking and confidently guide them towards the right decision.

This is consultative, high-ticket sales with real impact.

And while empathy is essential, so is the ability to confidently lead a sales conversation and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading high-quality strategy calls with warm, pre-booked prospects
- Selling premium coaching programs through confident, consultative conversations
- Building trust quickly with senior professional women
- Asking powerful questions,



uncovering real challenges and connecting prospects with the right solution
- Handling objections with curiosity, commercial confidence and integrity
- Taking ownership of follow-ups, pipeline management and CRM accuracy (Go High Level)
- Working closely with our dedicated Sales Manager on call reviews, coaching and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with our coaching team to create a seamless experience for every new client
- Taking ownership of your sales performance and consistently working towards ambitious targets

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced closer who genuinely loves sales.

You know how to build rapport, ask the right questions and uncover what's really holding someone back.You understand that great selling isn't about talking someone into something they don't need. It's about helping the right person recognise the value of a solution and confidently take action.

You'll bring:

- Proven success in high-ticket, consultative sales, ideally within coaching, consulting or premium services
- A background in corporate sales or recruitment is also welcome, particularly if you've completed formal high-ticket sales training
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Confidence communicating with senior, high-achieving professionals
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, maturity and listening skills
- The ability to navigate sensitive conversations without losing commercial focus
- Strong objection-handling skills and confidence leading prospects to a decision
- A growth mindset. You actively seek feedback, review your calls and want to keep improving
- Self-motivation, accountability and the ability to thrive in a remote environment
- Availability across key appointment times, including evenings and weekends when our clients are most available
- Experience with Go High Level or a similar CRM is a bonus.
