Our Client is a leading manufacturer of pre cast concrete products, specialising in high-quality solutions for the construction and infrastructure industries. Their operation's involve the production of pre-stressed concrete components, using specialised machinery and reinforcing steel to manufacture durable products for a range of projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Operate reo bar processing machinery, including cutting, bending and straightening equipment
- Measure, cut and bend reinforcing steel to specified lengths and dimensions
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, reo schedules and production specifications
- Feed reinforcing steel into machinery and adjust machine settings
- Manufacture reinforcement cages, starter bars, ligatures and steel components
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
- Safely handle and move reinforcing steel using lifting equipment where qualified

What You Will Need

- Previous experience operating steel cutting, bending or reo processing machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening




- Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
- Gantry Crane Ticket (highly desirable)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- Sumner location Monday to Friday
- 12+ month opportunity with consistent weekday hours
- Monday to Friday, 6am starts with 3pm/4pm finishes
