C&K; Childcare & Kindergarten in Queensland is seeking a Family Engagement Specialist on a fixed-term full time basis (6 months with possible extension), with hybrid work options (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home). You will build enrolment systems, manage enquiries and leads, and drive occupancy growth while strengthening family engagement.

You will collaborate with centre leaders and Marketing to improve conversion, ensure compliance, and create a consistent family experience
