The role

You'll be the friendly face and the organiser behind our Nundah clinic. Most of your day is front of house and operations, and part of it is hands-on: we'll train you to be a respiratory fit tester.

What's fit testing? Workers in construction, demolition and asbestos removal wear respirator masks. Fit testing checks that the mask seals properly to the wearer's face, so it actually protects them. It's a practical, people-focused skill, and we'll teach you from scratch.

What you'll do

- Greet clients and visitors, and handle phone calls and the shared inbox
- Book clients in and keep our testing files and records accurate
- Prepare and send test certificates,



reports and basic invoices
- Run fit tests for clients (after training): check they're ready, carry out the test and record the results

What you bring

- Office admin or customer service experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office and digital databases
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle changing priorities
- A professional, welcoming manner
- Fit testing or RESP-FIT experience is a bonus, but not required
