The Role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Martech Manager to own end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy to technical execution. You will sit at the intersection of marketing creativity and technical architecture, designing automated and ad-hoc communications across the customer journey to attract, convert, grow, and reactivate our audience.

In this role, you will lead a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, champion our Martech stack, and act as the bridge between marketing, data science, and IT teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Drive retention, reactivation, and growth strategies through targeted email, SMS, and multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
- Martech & Systems Integration: Oversee our core CRM architecture (currently leveraging Insider CRM integrated with Snowflake), collaborating closely with IT, E-Commerce, and Master Data teams to build robust data models and custom preferences.
- Data-Driven Segmentation & Journeys: Translate customer behaviour data into highly targeted, personalized customer journeys and rigorous A/B testing roadmaps.
- Technical Setup & HTML: Hands-on capability to configure CRM setups, build segments, and read/understand basic HTML for campaign deployment.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Direct leadership of 1 direct report (Lifecycle Marketing Specialist), providing guidance, development, and operational support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and external agency partners to align campaign calendars and maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles.
