Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Process customer ordersvia phone and email accurately and efficiently

- Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.

- Assistwith pick packingorders to ensuretimelydelivery

- Support branch operationsand collaborate with team members to meet goals

Skills and ExperienceWe’reLooking For:

- Experience in customer service or sales would bepreferred.

- Good verbal and written communication skills





- Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask andprioritise workloads

- Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmissionconsideredadvantageous

- A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
