Hunter New England Local Health District is hiring a Nurse Manager Grade 3 for the Patient Flow Unit in John Hunter Hospital. Lead district-wide inter-hospital transfers to ensure protected, timely movement of patients.

The role includes clinical guidance, coordinating referrals, bed placements and improving access across HNE facilities, with a structured orientation and ongoing support from the Service Manager and senior leaders.
