Based in Parramatta, you will monitor, maintain and manage services to ensure resilience and service levels, while collaborating with internal and external teams to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires a tertiary IT/CS degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in IT and 3+ years in delivering digital operations services.
