Build, secure and optimise enterprise CI/CD platforms in a complex, business-critical environment.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to support the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of enterprise CI/CD infrastructure within a highly regulated environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role, with a strong focus on Azure Dev Ops Server, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory and Xray, platform automation, security and operational resilience.

Experience supporting banking, payments or other business-critical platforms will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops Server, Jenkins and JFrog.
- Develop YAML pipelines, reusable templates and automated deployment processes.
- Manage Artifactory repositories, access controls, artifact promotion and migration.
- Automate platform provisioning, monitoring, configuration and remediation.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD, authentication, infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Support platform upgrades, disaster recovery, high availability and production releases.




- Implement Dev SecOps practices, vulnerability scanning and security controls.
- Produce technical documentation, implementation plans and operational runbooks.

Skills & Experience

- 8+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in Dev Ops or CI/CD engineering.
- Solid hands‑on expertise in Azure Dev Ops Server, Jenkins and YAML pipelines.
- Practical experience with JFrog Artifactory and Xray, including repository administration and artifact management.
- Strong scripting skills using Power Shell, Python or shell.
- Experience across Windows/Linux environments, Git, databases and networking.
- Solid understanding of Dev SecOps, access management and infrastructure security.
- Experience with high availability, disaster recovery and production support.
- Exposure to banking, payments or regulated enterprise environments.

Nice to have: Docker, Maven, NuGet, npm, REST APIs and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana or Prometheus.
