You'll be the first voice our leads hear: electrical and plumbing business owners who want a better business. Your job is to start the conversation, find out if they're a fit, and hand the right ones to our setters.

Electrician Accelerator and Plumber Accelerator have been coaching trades business owners since 2008. We've worked with 1,000+ electrical and plumbing business owners across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Canada, and helped them generate over $1 billion in revenue.

Our mission is simple: turn excellent tradespeople into owners of profitable businesses that run without them.

What that looks like for our members

- More profit: owners lift their pricing, margins and cash flow, with trucks earning up to $2.6K a day

What you'll do





- Make high-volume outbound calls on our dialer
- Start real conversations with business owners and find out if they're a fit
- Book qualified conversations into our setters' calendars
- Log every call and note in the CRM
- Hit daily and weekly targets for dials, conversations and bookings
- Post your end-of-day numbers and take coaching on your calls every week

Who you are

- You love talking to people and hearing 'no' doesn't slow you down
- You're energetic, competitive and motivated by targets
- You've got some phone sales, call centre or customer-facing experience (or the drive to learn fast)
- You take feedback well and want to grow into a setter or closer
- You're reliable, organised and based in Australia
