The Opportunity:

A critical enterprise leadership position setting the vision, roadmap, and operational excellence for Service Now across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology with high-visibility dotted-line alignment to the CIO.

The Role:

Balance strategic leadership with platform integrity. You will set the roadmap, overseeing a modern Service Now ecosystem, steering vendor partnerships and strategic oversight (60%), while maintaining technical oversight across architecture, CMDB governance, and multi-supplier SIAM models (40%).

What you’ll be doing:

- Define and drive the enterprise Service Now roadmap, establishing robust governance.




- Provide strategic direction to the existing Service Now delivery teams to mature platform capability.
- Balance strategic management with technical oversight to optimize platform health, integrations and service performance.
- Manage governance overlays and risk controls to maintain architecture standards, ensure compliance, and mitigate technical debt.
- Service Now platform ownership in an enterprise organisation.
- Strong ITSM module implementation experience with technical knowledge of CMDB & SIAM.
- Demonstrated governance leadership, demand management, and architectural guardrail oversight.
