n Join a large organisation responsible for delivering a significant portfolio of building construction and infrastructure projects. You will work within a collaborative project delivery environment focused on strengthening programme reliability, improving scheduling practices and supporting the successful delivery of complex capital works.
Your new role
n As the Construction Planner, you will provide specialist programming, scheduling and independent review support across a portfolio of building construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

n
- Develop and maintain construction programmes and integrated master schedules across multiple projects.
n
- Review contractor and project schedules, identifying sequencing issues, dependencies, critical-path impacts and programme risks.
n
- Monitor key milestones and delays, recommending practical recovery, acceleration and delivery strategies.
n
- Analyse portfolio schedules to improve project sequencing, procurement coordination and resource allocation.
n
- Review extension of time claims and delay analysis for accuracy and programme impacts.
n

What you'll need to succeed n
nTo succeed in this position,



you will require:n

n
- Demonstrated programming and scheduling experience within the building construction industry
n
- Strong knowledge of the full building project lifecycle, including design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover
n
- Experience developing integrated master schedules across multiple building construction projects
n
- Experience identifying delays, programme risks and opportunities for recovery or acceleration
n
- Experience working across a portfolio of government, commercial, education, health or other complex building projects will be highly regarded
n
