Sodexo is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to lead resident engagement at our regional village in Queensland. You will plan and deliver social, recreational and community activities, foster welcoming spaces, and encourage participation across facilities and events.
You’ll build relationships with residents, gather feedback, and support village operations while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community workplace. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.
