Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our group homes in the Ryde/Hornsby area. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts within our 24/7 operation.

We offer award-winning training, adaptable shifts across CPA homes in Ryde region, and attractive benefits including casual hourly rates starting at AUD 45.29 plus Super, a yearly wellbeing allowance, gym access, EAP, and referral bonuses.
