Maestro Hospitality is seeking a Casual Temporary Associate for the venues a’Mare and Vista’Mare at Crown Sydney. You’ll prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, offer thoughtful recommendations and deliver warm, attentive service in a two-venue waterfront dining setting.
Work closely with bar, floor and kitchen teams to keep service flowing, maintain a well-stocked bar, and uphold presentation and cleanliness standards.
